Vision Dinner (or Dessert:)
goal:
Share the vision of FCA DC and build strategic partnerships with an emphasis on financial investment. Individuals should come away with a clear understanding of how to “pray, give and serve” with the ministry of FCA in DC.
participants:
Based on how many individuals could sit around one table or living room, set your space capacity. Maximum number of 10 attendees. Focus on inviting people with background of faith and sports, potential FCA history and those who would have interest to pray, give and serve.
tentative format:
Welcome - drinks/apps available to munch on as people get there (optional)
Serve it up - fill up plates and sit down together
Icebreaker + Introductions
Official welcome from host, then host hands it over to FCA staff to facilitate…
Who are you (short intro)? Sports Background? Who is the best coach you have ever had and why? (everyone answers around the table)
Open floor: When you think of FCA, what comes to mind? Does anyone have any experience with FCA?
FCA Staff Person takes the lead - First exposure to FCA and sharing call to ministry (5 min)
